Yes, Refundable Deposits - If we cannot supply the color or sex of the puppy you desire then we will refund you after the litter is born or check to make sure that you want to remain on the list for a future litter.

Upon the receipt of the $200 deposit you will be placed on the rolling puppy list in the order a deposit is received.

This deposit is part of the final Payment.

For Example.....

Waiting List: A $200. deposit is required to be placed on waiting list.

If you put a deposit on a female at $200. Then you will come to pick-up with the remaining $3,300.00

The waiting list secures your spot in line for a puppy. We are using a rolling puppy list. Your name will go on one list and when we have a litter of puppies we will call the next person in line and show them their puppy options.

We will have a general idea as to which litters are available and timing for you. Just ask when you sign up.

If we do not have the sex or color that you want then we will offer to reimburse your deposit or let you wait until the next litter.

You are welcome to schedule a visit to see our home and meet the girls. We can also facetime if you are out of town.

The remainder of the money is expected upon pick-up.

You may pay with cash, or Venmo.

If you initiated your deposit through GOOD DOG then you will need to complete the final payment through their site right before pick-up.

IMPORTANT: If you make your initial payment through GOOD DOG then you will be obligated to complete your payment through GOOD DOG. They provide a service and we are required to complete our transactions through them if you initially use their services. They will charge you a fee, and Erickson Cavaliers cannot interfere in their contracts.

Puppy

Picking

If we have posted available puppies on the website then you can pick your puppy from the website and request him/her in the notes of the application. After we receive the deposit we will note that the puppy is sold and start to send you pics of your new puppy until the day you pick him/her up!

If you have signed up early for puppies from our litter then you will be on the list and recieve a puppy you pick before the puppies are listed on the website.

We will be in contact sending pics and letting you know if we can provide the color or sex of your puppy from day one!! You will get pics from the birth (cleaned up!)

Erickson Cavaliers will be sending pictures from day one, and around week 2-3 we will set up a date to pick and or meet your puppies! This is a fun time!

You will be able to pick your puppy around week 4 after their birth

You can choose your puppy by either coming to our home for a visit, face timing, or through pics

We will accept checks but will require payment before puppy pick up in order to make sure the funds clear our bank.

Cash is King and always a good option!

Venmo

You can use your phone to scan the above picture and it will take you directly to my account. Otherwise make sure to type in @Alayne-Erickson in order to find my account.

Good Dog

If you contact me through Good Dog then you will need to finish your payment through them. Also, if you need to use your credit card they provide that service with a 2-3% fee. I prefer to use venmo or cash since Good dog charges fees on both ends, however, they offer a valuable service.
