Our Home

Facilities

I know that it is extremely difficult to see if your puppy is coming from a loving home vs a kennel.  Many people have kennels off of their home so the pictures can be difficult to navigate through.  We have taken the time to build up our home to accomodate our dogs.  Let me assure you, however,  that we did not build a kennel in the back yard but rather have purchased large gates and then fenced in our back yard in order to keep our dogs in our home.  The puppies are born and rasied in our living room with many puppy pad changes and little baths along the way.  The advantage is that we handle them daily and then they learn to use grass to go to the bathroom. While this is great for them to get used to grass vs concrete or only puppy pads,  unfortunately, our puppies are not leash trained! Since our yard is safely fenced we take them all outside several times a day for extended potty and bathroom time.  My husband and I, or the kids, will sit in a chair and let them romp around the yard when they are old enough to prance.  And for the sleeping arrangements... our adult dogs usually rotate where they sleep between our different kids' beds most nights but some nights the dogs are crated in our laundry room. We crate train all our puppies starting around 5-6 weeks of age so that they often go home with the ability to hold their bladders from 11pm-7am.

If you are interested in a puppy you are welcome to set an appointment to see our home before you get a puppy.  Just fill out our contact page and I'll get back to you with a time to visit our home :)  Below you will see pictures of our home and our family activities!
